The Health Platform is available to all Momentum Health members, is paid for by the risk benefit and does not deplete your day-to-day cover. This unique benefit encourages health awareness, enhances quality of life and gives peace of mind through:

Health management programmes

Special health programmes enable you to better understand and actively participate in the management of your condition (working closely with your doctor). The programmes offered are:

  • Maternity management
  • Diabetes management
  • Hypertension management
  • HIV/Aids management
  • Oncology management
  • Drug and alcohol rehabilitation
  • Chronic renal failure and Organ transplants
  • Cholesterol management

Emergency evacuation

Netcare 911 provides national evacuation (including Swaziland and Lesotho) on all the options. Netcare 911 provides international evacuation on the Custom, Incentive, Extender and Summit Options.
